First Vietnamese language course for foreigners officially opened at Khanh Hoa campus – Ton Duc Thang University
On the morning of April 13, the first Vietnamese language course for foreigners was officially launched at the Khanh Hoa Campus of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). This marks an important milestone in TDTU’s efforts to meet the growing demand for learning Vietnamese and exploring Vietnamese culture among foreigners in the South Central region of Vietnam.
The course welcomes 11 international learners from Russia, Ukraine, the United States, and South Korea, creating a vibrant multicultural environment right at the Khanh Hoa Campus. During the first lesson, under the dedicated guidance of the instructors, students enthusiastically explored the Vietnamese tone system and alphabet. In addition, they were introduced to classroom regulations and given a campus tour to help them quickly adapt to the learning environment at TDTU.
The implementation of the Vietnamese language and culture training program at the Khanh Hoa Campus is the result of collaboration between the Center for Vietnamese Studies and Language - Ton Duc Thang University - Khanh Hoa Campus, Nha Trang and the Khanh Hoa Campus. This initiative is part of TDTU’s strong internationalization strategy. It not only creates opportunities for cultural exchange for students at the campus but also lays the foundation for broader international and cultural exchange programs across TDTU’s campuses and branches in the future.
Vietnamese language courses for foreigners at the Khanh Hoa Campus will be organized regularly on a monthly basis. For more information, please contact:
