The closing day of Vietnamese Foundation Program for International students, Class 23FV0102, Academic year 2023-2024
On July 26th, 2024, Center for Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language for Foreigners held the Closing Ceremony for class 23FV0102 of the Vietnamese Language Preparatory Program for the 2023-2024 academic year.
The ceremony was attended by 16 students from Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Diệu Thu, M.A., Manager of the Center for Vietnamese Studies and Language and along with their teachers, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Trúc and Ms. Bùi Thị Duyên Hà.

Over the past eight months, under the dedicated guidance of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Trúc and Ms. Bùi Thị Duyên Hà, the students have confidently shared their valuable experiences in Vietnamese. They spoke about the memorable moments with friends and teachers and their growth in both language and cultural understanding, all of which they will always cherish.
On August 13, 2024, the students will take the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Assessment. To be eligible for admission to undergraduate programs at Ton Duc Thang University, they must achieve at least a B2 level in Vietnamese according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This exam is crucial as it will assess the knowledge and skills they have gained during their studies.
